2B Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their team at The Signature Carmel in Carmel, IN. The Leasing Consultant will work full-time hours with some weekend shifts required, responsible for coordinating activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous leasing experience
• 1 year of previous residential leasing experience with Yardi
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
