Leasing Consultant - Carmel, IN

2B Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Signature Carmel in Carmel, IN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience
• Previous residential leasing experience with Yardi
• Valid driver's license/automobile insurance and reliable transportation
