Community Manager

The Community Manager is responsible for the operation, financial management, and maintenance of the property according to Baldwin Real Estate Corporation's objectives. This includes resident relations, marketing, tenant management, and financial administration. The role focuses on ensuring high standards of conduct and compliance.

Requirements

• Maintain long-range planning approach
• Maximize resident-retention
• Maintain property's emergency and risk management plan
• Educate staff and residents regarding health, safety, police, and fire issues
• Review applications for completeness and approve applications
• Assist in preparation of advertising and marketing programs
• Maintain petty cash fund and provide receipts
• Prepare purchase orders
• Track receivables and manage collections
