Job Description
This Financial Specialist role involves providing direct client service, managing client funds, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to effective problem-solving. Experience with social work and data entry is preferred.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Strong customer service mentality with a friendly personality
- At least 1-3 years of direct customer experience
- Professional experience with Case Management, Funds Management, Budgeting and/or Forecasting
- Previous experience with data entry and utilizing computer systems
- Understanding of Social Security policies and procedures
- Professional experience with diverse populations
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Experience with government contracts
