Job Description
BalanceCare Community Services is seeking a motivated Financial Specialist to provide direct service to individuals managing their finances. The role involves client communication, managing funds, relationship building with community agencies, and data entry. The company is expanding and relocating to Vermont.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and the community
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service & a helpful personality
- At least 1-3 years of direct customer experience
- Professional experience with Case Management, Funds Management, Budgeting and/or Forecasting
- Previous experience with data entry and utilizing computer systems
- Understanding of Social Security policies and procedures
- Understanding of Social Worker experience
