Job Description
The Salam Senior Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for directing and leading the Fleet Operations and Fleet Management Advisory Service teams, ensuring delivery of the Salam flying operations service. The role involves developing and fostering long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders, managing delivery of flying hours, and providing integration of flying operations disciplines to ensure the RSAF Typhoon Fleet remains agile to meet current and future force priorities and flying hour demands.
Requirements
- Extensive proven relevant work experience in a flying operation support environment
- Substantial proven experience in managing military aircraft maintenance
- Recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline
- Part 66 licensed (current or lapsed)
- Degree in a relevant technical discipline
