Job Description
Maintenance Operations Flight (MOF) Team Leader at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for advising and assisting the MOF Commander in the day-to-day management of the MOF responsibilities.
Requirements
- HNC level or recognised equivalent or relevant experience
- Proven potential/actual leadership ability in a high tempo aircraft maintenance delivery driven environment
- Proven Managerial experience within the aerospace industry
- Must have completed a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship
- Must have extensive proven post qualification experience of military fast jet maintenance support
- Good level of interpersonal skill to co-ordinate a number of activities
- Good understanding of company processes and procedures and industry knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Ability to act upon their own initiative within the scope of their job
- A conscientious approach to work and meticulous attention to detail
