Painter

Painters are responsible for mixing and applying paint to various surfaces using paint techniques and tools to complete paint projects. They must possess brush and roll painting skills, perform a layout on a job, and apply mastics and caulk. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and be able to obtain a government access badge.

• Possess brush and roll painting skills
• Perform a layout on a job
• Mastics and Caulk Application
• Cut Lines and Figures
• Power Tool Surface Prep
• Quality critical activities (Strippers and Painting training)
• PCMS Tile-Maintenance and Installation Cert for Paint
• Knowledge of testing valves on a machine to ensure that it is operational
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
• Must be able to calculate and understand units of measure
• Must be able to wear applicable PPE
