Job Description
We have a new opportunity for an Network/Systems Administrator to provide 24/7 remote support and technical assistance to the Executive Office of the U.S. Attorneys. The primary scope of duties includes managing and monitoring of critical IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to IT Systems Manager Staff.
Requirements
- 6 years IT customer support experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) IT Infrastructure certification
- Solid working knowledge of SolarWinds application, networks, servers, and other desktop applications
- Ability to multitask while monitoring and working through issues on both phone calls and emails
