Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

AYR Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to provide exceptional customer experiences by offering helpful product knowledge, assisting with orders, and contributing to a positive store environment. The role focuses on fostering a compassionate and knowledgeable staff and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service. This is a part-time position within a dispensary.

Requirements

• Stay current with cannabis agency policies and regulations.
• Meet age requirement as defined by the cannabis agency.
• Pass background checks.
• Accommodate scheduling including varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, or retail setting preferred.
