Job Description
Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to provide exceptional customer experiences in a medical cannabis dispensary. The role involves knowledge sharing, customer support, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a positive store environment. Advocates will contribute to the dispensary's growth and positive culture, embracing inclusivity and generosity.
Requirements
- Must stay current with state cannabis agency policies.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred.
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Customer Obsessed, Relationship Building, Results Oriented, and Functional/Technical Skill.
