Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to assist the Director in managing the Food and Beverage Department. The role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations, while meeting guest and employee expectations, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, marketing skills, and leadership abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Food and Beverage management
- Existing experience as a Food and Beverage Division Leader, preferably for a large operation
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and development of food and beverage menus
- Strong marketing strategy and customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a related field
