Business Development Representative - Find Signals, Start Conversations, Build Pipeline. Axual is expanding across Europe and looking for a Business Development Representative who can turn market signals into meaningful conversations and qualified pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a BDR role within B2B tech or SaaS
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn basics of Kafka/event streaming, governance, and enterprise security
- Experience with signal-based prospecting and buying-committee engagement
- Clear, articulate communication skills and strong writing ability
- AI-first workflow mindset and experience with modern GTM tools
- Organized, resilient, and proactive with ability to move fast and iterate
