Job Description
Axle Informatics is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the employee benefits programs in Rockville, MD. The role requires 5 days a week in the office and involves leading the development and administration of health and welfare plans, fostering a culture of employee wellness, and ensuring compliance with legal and ERISA regulations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to employee development and improve the organization's overall health and well-being.
Requirements
- Direct corporate planning, strategy development, administration, and analysis of health and welfare plans.
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to support short and long-range business objectives.
- Ensure effective benefit communication.
- Manage employee benefits budget.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, SPDs, Form 5500, Form 1095-C).
