Químico Formulador de Pintura

We are seeking a Formulator of Paint to join our team at Axalta. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a Paint Laboratory (Research and Development). The role involves developing and locating new product materials, supporting different areas of the plant, and generating necessary documentation for product registration and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years in Paint Laboratory (Research and Development)
• Deep knowledge of organic coatings technology, involved raw materials, formulation, product evaluation and testing equipment, manufacturing processes, and application processes
• High sense of responsibility, commitment, discipline, and customer orientation
• Facility of communication, decision-making, and risk-taking
• Experience in personnel management
• Domestic and spoken English
