Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a Paint Laboratory (Research and Development)
• Deep knowledge of organic coating technology, involved raw materials, formulation, product evaluation, and testing equipment, manufacturing processes, and application processes
• High sense of responsibility, commitment, discipline, and customer orientation
• Good communication skills, decision-making, and risk-taking
• Experience in personnel management
• Conversational English (Worked with foreign personnel)
