We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage individual contributor sales account managers or independent representatives, distributors, or agents, and to carry a sales quota. The successful candidate will strategize, develop, implement, and monitor business goals, operating plans, and budgets for top line sales, gross profit growth, and long term growth.
Requirements
- Strategize, develop, implement, and monitor business goals, operating plans, and budgets for top line sales, gross profit growth, and long term growth.
- Manage individual contributor sales account managers or independent representatives, distributors, or agents, and to carry a sales quota.
- Provide coaching to team members and may make sales calls jointly to ensure optimum customer relationships.
- Provide leadership and management direction to assigned territory and sales support staff to include hiring, managing employee performance, training, and salary administration.
