AVEVA is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Market Leader India to lead the India organization and market, drive sales growth, and develop effective senior executive level working relationships within the enterprise sector and with government. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior executive in a matrixed organization, excellent leadership skills, and a strong network in the industry.
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven track record as a senior executive in matrixed organization
- Thought leadership and conceptual ability to develop new ideas
- Collaboration and team player skills
- Innovative out of the box thinking and decision making abilities
- Strong commercial skills, especially in sales and enterprise account management
- Excellent leadership skills, leading a diverse team with impact, aspiration, curiosity and trust
- Effective communicator, and the ability to clearly convey strategies, ideas and issues across all levels within the organization
