Account Manager/ Business Development Manager (Chinese & English Speaking)

Avery Dennison is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and market initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development of sales targets and sourcing regions markets, analyze sales data, and provide support to sales teams for customer data analysis and sales forecasting.

Requirements

• 4+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in assessing customer needs
• Negotiation skills/experience in English and Chinese bilingual
• Strong financial skills and business acumen
• Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning
• Ability to present data in logical concise manner
• Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
• Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps
