Sales/ Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking) (Open for Expats)

Avery Dennison is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and market initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for profitably growing the business, analyzing and interpreting sales data, and providing support for sales target formulation and review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience
• Proficient in assessing customer needs to convert into business opportunities
• Negotiation skills/experience
• Strong financial skills and business acumen
• Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning
• Ability to present data in logical concise manner
• Skilled in project/process management and meeting facilitation
• Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps
• Language: English + Chinese Speaking
