Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
- Willing to undergo training and continuously learn about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience in using a POS system and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
