The HRODA Manager is responsible for leading the HR, Organizational Development, and Administrative functions of the company. This role focuses on building a strong organizational culture, driving change, and aligning HR and OD initiatives with the company's strategy. The manager will partner with the CEO and leadership team to enhance organizational capability, talent development, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the HR and Organizational Development team.
- Drive organizational development initiatives (restructuring, succession planning, policy development).
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Design performance management systems.
