The company is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) sector. The role will involve identifying partnerships and closing revenue-generating opportunities with external healthcare providers, technology vendors, and consulting firms.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in healthcare technology sales with a strong focus on B2B sales, including BPaaS organizations and partnerships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to understand complex client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must have familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in identifying key HIT Companies/Aggregators and BPaaS organizations.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and data security protocols.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Must have familiarity with standard HIPAA healthcare transactions and healthcare APIs
- Proven track record in partnership sales within the healthcare technology space
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management
