Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, service, or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach
- Familiarity with automotive products and terminology
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- College graduate/ Vocational graduate or equivalent required; further education is a plus
