Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), network administration and cloud-based integrations. The ideal candidate will manage the user identity lifecycle, SAML integrations, and ensure secure and efficient access to enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Administer and maintain the VS-NfD classified network infrastructure
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML-based integrations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
- Manage cybersecurity tools
- Support cloud platforms
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to improve IAM processes
- Assist with incident response, log analysis, and vulnerability remediation
- Maintain detailed documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide advanced technical support
