Job Description
We are looking for a versatile IT & Security Engineer to support our internal IT operations while playing a key role in securing our infrastructure. This remote position combines IT support, system administration, and hands-on cybersecurity activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, system administration, or IT security
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, AD/Azure AD, and endpoint management tools
- Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Antivirus/EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and security frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST)
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management and incident response
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, influence others, and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MS-500, AZ-104, or similar are a plus
