As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will support B2B customers with onboarding, software demos, and CRM maintenance, and take feedback for product development. You will work closely with the founding team, responsible for KPIs, sales targets, and customer success lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of operational experience in customer service or account/partner management, ideally in B2B field
- Fluent German language skills in word and writing
- Initial experience with CRM or ticket systems
- Interest in the Energy/Heating market or eagerness to learn
