(Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will support our B2B customers with the onboarding process, integration of our SaaS software solution, and maintenance of our CRM system. You will also be responsible for compliance with KPIs, creating reports, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of operational experience in customer service or account/partner management
• First experience with CRM or ticket systems
• Fluency in German (writing and speech)
