Job Description
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead and support the AR team, ensuring processes run smoothly, debtors are managed effectively, and customer interactions remain positive.
Requirements
- Understanding of the telco industry
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar commercial environment
- Experience leading and supporting team members within an accounts environment
- Strong computer skills and systems literacy
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, with experience in NetSuite and strong Excel skills preferred
- Ability to manage debtors and apply collections policies
- Confident handling difficult conversations and building relationships
- Clear communicator with strong time, workflow, and organisational skills
- Problem-solver who can work independently, collaborate with others, and adapt quickly
