We're looking for an experienced Change and Communications Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in our Melbourne CBD office. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting major initiatives across the business by delivering clear, engaging communications and structured change approaches that help our people and customers adapt and succeed.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Change Management, Business, or similar
- 5+ years' experience in change management and/or communications
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and communication best practices
- Proven experience delivering change and communication strategies across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to map stakeholders and tailor change and communications approaches
- Strategic thinker who can execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on plain English storytelling
- High attention to detail with strong project and content management skills
- Confident collaborator who can engage at all levels and work independently
- Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Telco industry experience is an advantage
