Job Description
Aurora is seeking a Senior Staff Tech Lead Manager for their Performance Engineering Optimization (PEO) team. The team focuses on reducing onboard software latency and improving hardware utilization by developing production-level tooling, conducting data-driven performance experimentation, and defining roadmaps for robotics software optimization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of experienced engineers and contribute to building a safer, more efficient future for mobility and logistics.
Requirements
- Strong C++ programming and software design skills on performance critical code.
- BS, MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10+ years of professional experience.
- Experience and knowledge of Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with CUDA and/or GPU Profiling.
