Job Description
Aurora is looking for a Staff Technical Lead Manager (TLM), Corporate Engineering to build and lead their Corporate Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a talented team of systems engineers and system administrators, providing hands-on technical leadership, and architecting a cohesive and secure SaaS ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, or systems engineering
- 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams in delivering complex, large-scale enterprise applications or platform services
- Deep, hands-on experience administering and integrating a suite of modern SaaS applications
- Strong proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Google Apps Script)
- Extensive experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
- Experience in implementing and leveraging AI solutions
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong communication and presentation skills
