Grill Kitchen Cook FT

We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team, with the opportunity to advance in your culinary career.

Requirements

• Excellent culinary skills to include different cooking technics, food preparation, meat and seafood fabrication, ala minute cooking, cleaning and sanitation
• Ability to work at any station for all daily meal periods
• Ability to bake cakes and bread
• Good knowledge of continental cuisine
• Ability to portion fish, poultry and seafood
• Ability to prepare sauces and salad dressings
• Ability to re-stock the station for the next day
• Ability to requisition food for any type of stations
• Ability to break down and clean station
• Ability to clean and sanitize working area
• Ability to create a preparation list for the different stations to include part levels
• Must check with the Sous Chef before clocking out
