Job Description
The Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence will scope buy- and sell-side diligence procedures and provide proactive technical, commercial, and objective advice to deal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA required
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in financial due diligence
- Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking
- Well-developed leadership, interpersonal skills and communication skills
