Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate

We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our Transaction Group as a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate. The role involves helping clients understand, analyze, and respond to business opportunities and challenges through due diligence, working capital consulting, and purchase price accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business degree
• Minimum of 2 busy seasons of assurance (Audit, Review, Compilation) experience
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Extensive experience in project management
• Ability to be a self-starter and confident when interacting with clients
• Strong business development mindset: relationship management skills and ability to influence/negotiate deals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to creatively solve problems and analyze client data
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-based attitude, and desire to collaborate
