Job Description
Atomic Semi is a rapidly expanding semiconductor fab team seeking a Semiconductor Packaging Engineer. The role involves developing and optimizing the complete process for fabricating semiconductor packaging devices using 3D printing and other technologies. The team is focused on innovation, process improvement, and collaboration, aiming to build anything they can imagine.
Requirements
- Masters or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging
- Knowledge of packaging materials, thermal management, and reliability testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on lab experiments and end-to-end packaging processes
