Job Description
Atomic Semi is building a small, fast semiconductor fab. We're looking for a Process Development Engineer to design and execute new fabrication methods. This is a high-ownership role with lots of autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
- BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Recipe development and optimization for lithography tools.
- Hands-on cleanroom experience with multiple photoresists.
- Hands-on experience using a SEM.
