Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing clinic scheduling, and ensuring a positive patient experience at Athletico. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred
- Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred
