At-Bay is a fast-growth InsurSec company looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Development to build and lead their SDR function from scratch. The role involves designing and executing a go-to-market prospecting motion, shaping the sales development strategy, and fueling top-of-funnel growth in a high-growth cybersecurity services environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience building an SDR function from scratch
- Strong track record of developing and executing outbound strategies that generate pipeline and align with GTM priorities
- Deep understanding of sales development metrics, funnel management, and how to scale top-of-funnel performance
- Strategic go-to-market thinker who connects systems, data, and process design to broader business goals
- Hands-on experience with selecting and implementing sales tech tools
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and RevOps to align messaging, targeting, and handoff processes
- Demonstrated success in hiring, onboarding, and coaching SDRs in a high-growth environment
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions is strongly preferred

- Estimated OTE: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
- Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills
