Job Description
ASUS is seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on legal compliance, employee benefits reconciliation, policy development, and leave management, with a strong emphasis on compliance and policy implementation.
Requirements
- Manage and reconcile monthly benefits invoices
- Conduct audits of benefits enrollment and eligibility
- Assist with annual benefits open enrollment
- Administer all leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PFL, company-specific)
- Data analysis and reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Compliance and policy implementation
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with HR projects
