Job Description
StandardAero is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to build and maintain a thriving aviation career. The role involves handling onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Requirements
- Conduct new hire orientation and manage onboarding/offboarding activities
- Serve as HR contact for assigned departments within the site
- Partner with operations to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Assist with employee engagement and retention strategies
- Provide administrative support, including record keeping
- Ensure effective communication of employee programs
- Provide daily employee relations support
- Conduct employee relations investigations and develop plans to address concerns
- Serve as a resource for clients with HR policies
- Administer HR staff and departmental HRTS data
- Assist with recruiting efforts
