Job Description
Maple Ridge Community Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the West GTA area. This role involves managing residential and/or commercial properties, handling operations, maintenance, administrative, and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong management skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Condominium Act
- 3+ years’ experience in Condominium Management
- 2+ years’ experience in Reciprocal and Shared Agreements
- Financial and Budgetary Management Experience
- Insurance and Resident/Board Relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
