Job Description
Maple Ridge Community Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the West GTA to provide relationship management with clients, handle operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial matters for residential and/or commercial properties. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications. They emphasize strong customer service and strive to push the envelope with great customer service.
Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Prioritizing and conducting business and projects.
- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors.
- Administering financial matters including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing invoices.
- As a successful Condominium Property Manager, advanced knowledge in Condominium Act.
