Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RIA Customer Experience strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing, multi-generational team of client service specialists.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and deliver high promoter scores.
- Design and optimize team structure, roles, and workflows to balance cost and quality.
