Vice President, Operations

As Vice President, Operations, you'll drive operational excellence across AssetMark's organization, overseeing critical functions such as new business onboarding, talent acquisition, and process improvements. You'll work closely with the executive team to influence the firm's strategic direction and represent AssetMark in critical meetings and events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in financial services
• Extensive experience with multi-custodian platforms
• Proven track record in fast-paced, execution-focused environment
• Experience scaling operations through periods of rapid growth
• Demonstrated ability to engage and develop talent across all levels
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, operational risk, and compliance requirements
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in operational analytics, KPI dashboards, and process modeling
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence skills
