High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read and understand tickets, ability to stand for long periods of time, and ability to lift 50 lbs
Facility Operations
Previous experience in hospitality or facilities, ability to lift 50 lbs, and food handler's certification required
Bartender PM
2+ years of bartending experience, craft cocktail knowledge, and a genuine care for the guest experience
Bartender AM
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, craft cocktail knowledge, and ability to stand for extended periods
SV-Server
High school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
SV-Dishwasher
High school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs, and use a knife and other equipment
IC-Host/Door
High school degree, ability to read, write, speak and understand English, prior restaurant experience desired
IC-Line Cook
High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read and understand tickets, and ability to stand for long periods of time
FH-Stall Cashier
Must be at least 18 years old, have BBQ restaurant experience (not required), and a positive attitude
