Product Designer (Experienced)

Product Designer for AI-backed customer support experiences, responsible for designing and building products and features, mentoring other designers, and understanding user needs. Requires 5+ years experience in B2B software design, zero to one mindset, calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, hungry and motivated, customer driven, detail oriented, technically curious and AI cognizant.

Requirements

• Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features for AI-backed support and support operations
• Mentor other designers and play an active role in growing the craft of product design at Assembled
• Deeply understand users, including leading critical research and sharing findings with colleagues
• Be the steward of our product experience, designing major experiences and creating patterns that are intuitive and durable
• Improve our visual and interaction design, contributing regularly to our design system and collaborating with others to improve industry standards for workplace software design
