Job Description
Assembled is seeking a Head of AI Deployments to lead a team of AI Deployment Strategists in scaling cutting-edge AI + Human experiences that delight customers. The role requires strategic customer leadership, business savvy, and technical depth to guide the team in adopting rapidly developing AI products to meet customer goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer success, professional services, and/or strategic consulting with at least 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- Talent magnet: proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
- Strategic operator: balance strategic vision suitable for the C-Suite with operational execution
- AI-savvy: technical literacy and experience using AI
- Builder mentality: comfortable building processes and playbooks from scratch
- Collaborative leader: work seamlessly across functions to align on shared goals
