Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team at our Ancaster bakery. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and improving long‐term equipment reliability, reducing technical downtime, and establishing preventative maintenance processes that strengthen performance across all bakery operations.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license or have 10+ years of experience in the trade.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and implement solutions.
• Ability to set priorities, lead others, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Persistent, tenacious, and service‐oriented.
