Manager, Bakery-Maintenance

Aspire Bakeries is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at their Ancaster bakery. The role involves improving equipment reliability, optimizing production performance, and supporting operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate
• Demonstrated persistence, follow-through, and results orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Understanding of GMPs and HACCP principles
• College diploma, technical certification, or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
